Subz Ki Shammi (V)

A mouthwatering kebab crafted from mashed vegetables, fried onion, cashew nuts, and the chef's special touch.

Crispy Fried Mushroom (V)

Mushroom stuffed with lightly spiced cottage cheese and potatoes and deep fried in chickpea batter.

MAINS

Spinach Kofta Curry (V)

Vegetable dumplings made from cottage cheese, spinach, potatoes, spices and cooked in smooth tomao gravy, garnished with cream and spices.

Paneer Khurchan (V)

North Indian delight cooked in rich flavours of roasted capsicum, tomatoes and onion in a semi dry masala sauce.

Daal Makhani (V)

Lentils cooked overnight with special herbs, butter and fresh cream. From the league of Master Chef.
